Just finished this project today. Everything went exactly as he described it, $30 into the new digitizer , its in and it works. Time will tell if it fixed my problem or not.

You Sir, are extremely, extremely lucky that your battery didn't explode in your face! Feeding 120 VAC to a 12 Volt Battery? Really?! What the Hell were you thinking! By the way, I had just completely serviced (changed oil, new spark plug, Cleaned the Carburetor) and replaced the Diode Pack and Brush Assemply on my Briggs & Stratton 5500 Storm Responder after it quit on me while waiting for power to be restored after hurricane Beryl. Fired up the Generator, turned the breaker on and,... Nothing. - Broke out my "1/2" Inch drill (don't believe a smaller 3/8 inch drill will generate enough voltage), fired up the genset again, plugged the drill in, set it for forward spin, held down the drill trigger, turned the breaker on and hand spinning the drill less than 1/2 a turn in reverse on the drill, the generator suddenly came alive and was producing 121.7 volts. Yes, the drill method works. I just think you need to use a heavier duty drill. - Great video on what not to do.

Absolutely phenomenal video. Biggest pain for me was removing the adhesive. Used goo gone, nail polish remover and took me at least an hour to do that. Then I put the new digitizer upsidedown. I almost lost my mind, however I was able to peel it off and flip it right side up. It's working flawlessly now, but my bezel doesn't seat properly anymore. I don't think I'm missing a clip or anything. Anyway great instructional video and thank you so much for sharing with us.

I have a different model dryer but relatively the same concept. Much smaller area to work with compared to your model but with the help of your video I was able to feel inside and get the belt back on the pulley and re attach the spring and get it working again within 5 minutes. Thank you

Actually, it does work, but use a battery-powered drill to turn the electric drill backward. o have done this 2 times in the last 2 days, and it worked both times.

Whole lot easier if you lift the door off and get it outta the way. Door typically removes the same way as a typical recliner back...

Oddly enough, when I plug in my Android auto play (cord), the phantom screen jumps stopped. It seems to me GM should be replacing these defective screens under warranty 😅

Just went thru Hurricane Beryl and had to flash my Gen every time. I used the drill. Make gen is running and circuit breaker is on. The drill has to be set for drilling (so clockwise from the back of the drill) grab the chuck by hand (maybe a gloved hand) and spin the chuck counter clockwise. One hard spin did it for me every time except once and the second spin got it going. My 14yo son was able to do it when I wasn't available .

I have same exact stove/oven. Thanks to video I was able to do this repair in about 15 minutes. It took about 7-8 minutes to get to temp, previously it would take over an hour. Thank you for this video, I could do this blind folded now. Samsung wanted $212 for the part vs $22 on Amazon

Just got this part. it says you're supposed to install it with a new stainless steel male center roller. Without the new roller it can results in incorrect door operation. I have a 2014 odyssey. Is this necessary?

This is a good fix, but ONLY if you have enough clearance to the underside of the countertop.

nice. 1) after you removed that exhaust tube, did you removed the rear panel? Seems like you had a lot of view and access from just the little area. 2) how did you know the belt serpentine like that?

Brand new Stihl chainsaw - wouldn't turn off. Took it back to Stihl dealer and he showed me the issue. However 80% of the time i use it, the switch would stihl pop out of its cradle, and the spring would fall below and wouldn't make connection and won't turn off. I would pop the top off and disconnect the spark plug to stop it. Very annoying.

You can repair it this way, much less time consuming than tearing the dryer down from the front. However a bit of advice, lay a cloth down over the metal edges of the hole you are working through. Those metal edges are really sharp, trust me. I found out the hard way with several gashes on my forearms.

Tried this and it it worked. Engine sounded as if it was under load, voltmeter perked up and held steady, so I hooked it up to the house and everything was fine, for about 5 minutes. Trying this again didn't have the same results - the engine groans and the generator breaker flips after about 2 seconds. Is the generator fried?
